As part of this transmission agreement, I immediately thought of her.” These are Van Acker’s words about the young dancer and choreographer, whose integrity, authenticity, and radicalism she hails as a true signature that moves her.
The aim of the collaboration will be for the two choreographers to develop their work alongside each other, in a relationship of mutual esteem and trust. The Cie Greffe team, for its part, will concentrate its support on helping professionalize the fledging AMA structure, passing on its experience and skills in the development of cultural projects. The company's studio - l'Impasse - will also be the shared home of Cie Greffe and Anna-Marija Adomaityte - Cie AMA for the next three years.
